Soap for Hope YYC Donates 100’s of Washed & Sanitized Hotel Pillows!

Green Key Global is pleased to share the following update from Green Key Vendor, Soap for Hope:

 

Imagine to our surprise at Soap for Hope YYC, when a 45 ft-chartered Brewster bus pulls up out front of our warehouse and is stuffed full front to back and all below compartments, stacked with hundreds and hundreds of washed sanitized Donated Hotel pillows! That is exactly what happened last week.  One of our Caring Community Hotel Partners in Jasper AB sent these to us.

 

After a couple hours off offload, our hard-working Volunteers, and ourselves, stared at the mountain we stacked in our small space, thinking what are we going to do with all these pillows??

 

5 days have passed, and could you believe they were all gone! Every single pillow had a home! The crazy part, we had a wait list… we had orders for over 1,000 more.
